Who processes your data

mobilitynav is the data controller for the newsletter. You can contact us about privacy or exercise your rights at info@mobilitynav.com.

Data, purpose and legal basis

We process your email address to send the mobilitynav newsletter. We also retain the date, consent-text version and technical evidence of the request and confirmation so that we can demonstrate your consent and protect the form from abuse. The legal basis is your consent.

Double opt-in

After submitting the form, you receive a confirmation email. Your subscription becomes active only after you use that link. Unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours and stale pending records are removed.

Retention

Your active subscription is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Evidence needed to demonstrate consent and withdrawal may be retained for the period necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, subject to applicable limitation periods.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by service providers that support website hosting and email delivery, acting under appropriate data-protection terms. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area must rely on a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter, without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object where applicable, by emailing us.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the competent supervisory authority in your country.
